disappearance

The candle lights the workstation as the old wizard scribbles on his notes. A light knock on his door.
"Come in."
" So, is my old friend ready?"
"Yeah. Whatever"
"Typical"
His friend took a chalk and drew on the ground. The wizard finishes his final sentence and looks around again.
The time has come and the old wizard stands in the drawn circle. He has a final smirk in his smile.
"I'll see you again."
The friend spoke in an unknown language and a blinding light engulfed the wizard. The wizard was now gone.

One Word: Frog

The frog leaped into the pond where the lovers were. They talked about this before. The girl unknowingly was surprised when the boy dropped to his knees and proposed.

Dragon Age : Origins

Just to drop by and talk about this video that I had encountered about a new game. I'm a bit behind on the new ones, but I just love this video. It's awesome. "viewer discretion advised, as it contains violent dragon-killing scenes"

One Word: Arrow

The arrow pierced his armor and into his heart. The world stood still at the time. It was not his physical heart that was bruised as much as it was his soul. The situation and the war, the loss of his beloved, the loss of his treasures are just the omen of a new one to come.

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

Having read the book "The Alchemist" I was reminded of the greatness of God. It was a gentle reminder also of looking for my dream and a great motivation in pursuing it. I admit, I had lost passion easily in all the things that I do, and now I seek it anew.

It was not a revival of hearts, but rather a soft push in the right direction that was needed.

Once again, the time to move is now. The tide is at hand, and the game is afoot ;-)

And to pursue it, I must.

OneWord: Microphone

The microphone losts its connection to the speaker. The blonde singer was shocked, no longer able to project her voice. The crowds were agitated. Then, in a just a moment, the lights were out and an unworldly shriek was heard. She was no more..

Moving on...

The young man looked at his empty pair of hands again. He sighed. He was depressed. Sadden by the state of things. It was too much. His mind ratted on...

"Stand Up! Move On! God is with you.." the voices in his mind and those of his friends kept him awake. People were walking about him. To and fro. Some stopped by to ask, to help. Some looked at him and walked on.

Sitting on the curb and feeling like your lost in the crowd. He thought again. And thought some more. He had a faint smile, probably a snigger at his thoughts. It was a mocking smile. He looked up, and he got up from his seat.

"Moving on eh?" asked his mind.

"Could you?" his heart responded.

He took the next step. Heavy and reluctant as it was. But things will now never be the same again. And he has to accept that. Losing something so close to his heart.....something he had to accept, no matter how hard it was.
